Shipping

We ship most orders in 24-48 hours. We use FedEx mail carriers to ship orders within the United States and to Canada only. All accessory only orders will ship out VIA USPS mail. All of our orders ship out with signature required, and FedEx will require the signature of an adult to have the package delivered. We do not ship to PO Boxes. A handling fee of $5.75 per order is charged to each order.

All Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico Orders must call 949-788-3600 Opt 2 and ask for customer service to place an order. Free shipping promos do not apply to these areas.

Returns

If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with our product(s). You can send the product(s) back within 30 days from date of invoice, and we will refund you the invoice price less a 15% restocking fee and shipping and handling. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from date of invoice. There are no refunds for clearance and refurbished products. For all accessories, there will be a 15% restocking fee plus a flat rate shipping fee of $5.00.

Before you ship back to us, please use the following procedures:

a) Please contact us by email for a Mustek Direct Return (MDR) number within 30 days of your invoice date;

b) You will be asked the product serial number, invoice number and date of invoice;

c) The MDR number is good for 10 days for only one (1) item and must match the product authorized for return. Any returns sent to Mustek Direct without a pre-approved MDR number may be refused without notice, automatically returned, and a handling fee assessed. Please mark the MDR number on the surface of your package;

d) Please be sure to check that the product along with any software, manuals, cables, adapters, and other accessories are included in the original shipping box. You are responsible for all shipping and insurance charges for returns, unless otherwise indicated;

Mustek Direct is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments. For your protection, we recommend you ship your return/exchange via an insured, trackable carrier (e.g. UPS).

Upon acceptance of the merchandise in "unused" condition, in conformity of our return policy, any missing parts and/or items could result in partial forfeiture of your refund.

Please allow up to 3 days for any refund to be credited to your credit card account upon our acceptance of your returned product.
