Bought this scanner and immediately had trouble scanning certain colors. A call to tech support advised that I return the unit. The new unit had similar symptoms even on two different computers and different scanning software. I returned the unit via UPS as instructed, $60 I had to pay, and within a few weeks got a unit with no letter or notice indicating if it was fixed, replaced. Phone calls have gone unanswered and not returned. Worst of all, I sent the unit with some unique material to use to test the scanner and it was not returned, even though a letter was attached to it with the SRV number and instructions to return it.
Call for support? Their phone routing system is atrocious. Don't purchase this unit and don't buy anything from Mustek. You will regret it.
